2025 My thoughts on the Nintendo Switch 2!

 Hi everyone, I know it has been a while since I uploaded a Nintendo Switch game review. I am trying to work on this blog again and get back into the rhythm of it. However, today I wanted to talk about the Nintendo Switch 2 and why I think it is a waste of money right now. Back when it was announced on January 16th, 2025, I was excited at first; however, that soon turned into dread upon hearing more details. Such as the price right now, which is $449, which is crazy to think about. When the Nintendo Switch OLED came out, it was priced at $350, which is a lot cheaper; however, it is not in 4k.  The second main complaint I have about the Nintendo Switch 2 is that a few games are doing the game key card idea, which in my opinion is so brain dead. Why Nintendo is going down this road is beyond me. I would also like to say that Nintendo is starting to price their games at different prices, which is not helpful for consumers. Diablo 3 Eternal collection Switch review

Diablo 3 for Nintendo Switch is one of my favorite games on the system. Diablo 3 is about the lord of hell, Diablo, trying to rule over the heavens and earth. It is up to you, the player, to stop him and his demons. It plays as an adventure dungeon-crawler game with so much loot. When you start the game, you can select up to 7 different classes, such as a wizard, necromancer, monk, etc. When you start, you can play the campaign or adventure mode, which is basically endgame content. There is so much to do in this game, such as completing bounties and finding hidden items. So how much does the game cost? It can cost around $50. Now here are the pros and cons.

Here is some gameplay







  • Pro: There are plenty of cool places to visit, such as the high heavens and towns.  
  • Pro: The game has a lot of content, such as finding lore books and completing the challenges.   
  • Pro: There are a lot of unique enemy types, such as a mallet lord or treasure goblins.
  • Pro: Music is very memorable, and graphics look great for the Switch.
  • Pro: Cool features for the Nintendo Switch, such as amiibo support and a pet cucco from The Legend of Zelda.
  • Con: Can be a pain to get to lvl 70 on a few characters.
  • Con: some challenges are ridiculously bad, such as completing Act 1 in under an hour. or kill 1,000 wood wraiths or Highland walkers. 

Overall, I really enjoy this game; it may have some flaws, but I believe that this game is worth the price tag. The target audience would be teens or young adults who like fast-paced dungeon crawler games. My rating is 8/10.
