2025 My thoughts on the Nintendo Switch 2!

 Hi everyone, I know it has been a while since I uploaded a Nintendo Switch game review. I am trying to work on this blog again and get back into the rhythm of it. However, today I wanted to talk about the Nintendo Switch 2 and why I think it is a waste of money right now. Back when it was announced on January 16th, 2025, I was excited at first; however, that soon turned into dread upon hearing more details. Such as the price right now, which is $449, which is crazy to think about. When the Nintendo Switch OLED came out, it was priced at $350, which is a lot cheaper; however, it is not in 4k.  The second main complaint I have about the Nintendo Switch 2 is that a few games are doing the game key card idea, which in my opinion is so brain dead. Why Nintendo is going down this road is beyond me. I would also like to say that Nintendo is starting to price their games at different prices, which is not helpful for consumers. Bioshock Infinite Switch Review

Bioshock Infinite is one of the best Bioshock games in the series that is in my opinion.
It sold around 11 million copies and had really good dlc. So what is Bioshock Infinite about? The game takes place in a city above the clouds called Colombia. You are a man named Booker who has heavy gambling and drinking issues. You have to find a girl named Elizabeth and wipe away your debt. Only problem is that Elizabeth has powers that can distort time and space. So you have to team up with her and fight through Colombia. Also, there is a man named father Comstock who think he is a prophet and has a religious cult. The Game also comes with the dlc burial at sea part and part 2. So how much does the game cost? The game costs $20. Here are the pros and cons 



 
  • Pro: The game looks beautifully and runs beautifully on the Nintendo switch. It runs at a locked 30 fps and is 720p when handheld and 1080p docked.  
  • Pro: The music is amazing some songs were adapted to fit the time period. 
  • Pro: The story is very linear.
  • Pro: Combat is very fast paced and you use a lot of your vigor's and guns. 
  • Con: You can only hold up to two weapons.
  • Con: some of the vigor's are not as good as the original Bioshock plasmids.

Overall, it is a really fun time going through post-rapture and going through Colombia. The target audience would be gamers who are looking for a good long story with tonnes of action. My rating is 10/10.
